Spicy Calamari Bruschetta is a yummy and easy to make appetizer. The spicy habanero flavor well matches with the baby squids and the parsley in a great pairing.

Wash the calamari and dry them.
In a skillet heat the olive oil and slightly brown the garlic with the habanero pepper.
Add the baby squids and let cook for 2-3 minutes or until ready.
Add the white wine and let evaporate completely.
Remove from heat and spread with the Italian parsley.
Lay the calamari on the toasted bread slices. Serve the bruschetta hot.
Best results are obtained using fresh calamari but frozen one can be a great substitute.
