Cooking Directions:
In a large bowl mix the cornflour, salt, black and white pepper, chili powder, coriander leaves ginger and finely crushed garlic.
Add some water in the bowl to obtain a batter mixture suitable for coating the chicken pieces.
Coat each chicken piece into the batter and let marinade for at least 10 minutes.
In a large pan ( even better a Kadai) heat enough oil to deep fry the meat. Cook the chicken until light golden. Serve hot.
