  • Cucumbers

  • Tomatoes

  • Onions

  • Garlic

    4 cloves
  • Cilantro (chopped)

    1/4 cup
  • Cumin

    1/8 tsp
  • Nutmeg

    1/8 tsp
  • Salt

    to taste
  • Black Pepper

    to taste

Cooking Directions:

Before starting wash the cucumbers, the onions, the tomatoes, the garlic cloves and the cilantro. Cut in big pieces.

Place all the vegetables in a blender and blend to obtain an homogeneous puree then transfer in a serving bowl.

Season with cumin, nutmeg, salt and black pepper to taste.

Keep refrigerated and serve cold.


Garnish with oyster crackers, toasted bread or crackers of your choice
